5. Payment Terms
a. You shall pay all fees and charges as specified in our quotation or agreement.
b. Invoices are due and payable within 10 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
c. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
a. Quest2Analyze Market Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the deliverables provided.
b. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
7. Termination
a. Either party may terminate the agreement for convenience with 30 days’ written notice.
b. Quest2Analyze Market Research may terminate the agreement immediately if you breach any of these Terms or fail to make payments when due.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any additional terms or agreements provided at the time of service engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quest2Analyze Market Research concerning the subject matter hereof.
By engaging Quest2Analyze Market Research for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
